Sept 2005- March 2011 – Revenue Management Consulting
Sept 2003 – May 2005 – Retainer-ship contract with Arthur J. Gallaher Asia Pte Ltd to assist for their entry strategy to India. Due to ownership restriction the project was shelved. Sept 1995 – Dec 2002 – Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Plc, assisted in setting up operation in India and became business producer in the financial risk and Oil & Gas business. Promoted as country head in 1999 and successfully turn around the company by winning large ticket business. In 2001 transferred to London office to expertise in capital risk solutions.
Mar 1989 – Jun 1995 – HCL Group, Delhi - Corporate finance role and have arranged term loans, working capital, and trade financing for group's business activities. Negotiation with foreign parties for technology transfer & material procurement.
Apr 1987 – Feb 1989 – Trader at Madras Stock Exchange handled institutional trades and arbitrage business.
